Job Summary
Site Supervisor responsible for on-site supervision of large-scale civil earthworks and rehabilitation for a Tier-1 mining client in the Pilbara. Lead daily crew activities, direct plant and people against the plan, and ensure production remains safe, compliant and on schedule. Key duties include supervising earthworks (dozers, graders, excavators, loaders, trucks), managing capping/encapsulation/drainage works, enforcing environmental controls (dust, water, waste, material classification), conducting safety checks (Take 5s, risk assessments, incident close-out), sign-off of landform work, and coaching operators while representing Macro in client interfaces. Requires 5+ years experience, WA Schedule 26 Supervisors certificate, Frontline Management qualification, GPS-competent earthworks planning, HR-A licence, Construction White Card, and Senior First Aid. Fixed-term 12 months minimum with potential extension; 8/6 FIFO roster from Perth.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in mining, civil earthworks or rehabilitation
- WA Statutory Supervisor (Schedule 26) certificate
- Frontline Management qualification
- Strong earthworks planning skills and GPS competency
- HR-A (or higher) licence
- Construction White Card
- Senior First Aid
