Job Summary
Oversee daily construction activity on a low-rise residential site, coordinate subtrades and site logistics, monitor schedules and workmanship, ensure safety, quality, and alignment with project requirements, and maintain clear communication with internal teams to support a clean, organized, and productive site environment.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in low-rise residential construction
- Experience supervising townhome, stacked townhome, or similar residential projects
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of the Ontario Building Code and site safety requirements
- Reliable site presence and ability to manage daily priorities with minimal oversight
