Job Summary
Site Supervisor responsible for the performance of all shifts and Security Officers on duty; ensures compliance with post orders and Walden Security procedures; conducts patrols, inspections, and on-the-job training; records events via Officers Daily Reports; coordinates with Post Supervisors and Operations Manager; responds to urgent client needs and emergencies; monitors doors, windows, and gates for security; enforces rules and expels violators; maintains daily logs and provides reports; supervises 1-15 Officers/Shift Supervisors and supports client relationships with strong leadership and communication. Requires High school diploma or equivalent, 1+ year supervisory experience, and Florida state security class D license; proficient in Google Workspace; solid customer service and conflict-resolution abilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Florida state security class D license
- Display exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to multi-task and self-manage in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of supervisory practices, procedures, and security operations
