Job Summary
Site Supervisor (HWRC) responsible for supervising HWRC operatives, ensuring safe, compliant operations and the delivery of pre-defined working systems; records and reports information accurately; issues and supervises staff instructions; leads by example; maintains high levels of customer service; promotes recycling and waste re-use; ensures health and safety standards; liaises with contractors, trains others on equipment, and supports the Site Manager in delivering duties; works on Bank Holidays and may require competency qualifications and operation of mobile/mechanical plant; location is Preston, Lancashire; flexible working pattern Wed-Sun with weekend enhancement.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate of Technical Competence (COTC) Level 4
- Occupational Certificate of Competence (OCC)
- First Aid at Work
