Job Summary
Coordinate installation, commissioning, and engineering activities on site for large-scale warehouse automation projects, ensuring delivery is safe, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Prepare and review drawings for mechanical and electrical installations while liaising with clients, builders, and sub-contractors. Obtain necessary materials, organize equipment inspection and maintenance, and manage sub-contractors through regular quality assurance inspections. Implement commissioning procedures and promote innovation, risk identification, and safety management covering Occupational Health, Safety, and the Environment. This 18-month fixed term role in Melbourne requires 5+ years of experience in capital project installation and a mechanical or electrical trade background.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Site Supervisor/Manager installing large capital projects
- Mechanical and/or Electrical trade background
- Thorough knowledge of WHSE requirements
- Strong and clear communication skills
- Proven team leadership skills
- Strong computer skills in MS office products
- Availability to travel interstate and overseas (APAC region) when required

- Technical knowledge of material handling equipment
