Job Summary
Site Supervisor at MVM, Inc. in El Paso, TX oversees field-office staff (Office Administrators, Logistics Specialists, Transportation Specialists) and ensures program compliance, quality-control measures, and contractual requirements across a 24/7 operation. The role involves coaching and disciplining staff, coordinating with Site Managers and Program Managers, preparing reports for executive management, managing multiple projects, and ensuring staff training and certifications are current. Requires a bachelor’s degree (or acceptable substitutions), 2+ years of related field experience, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience; includes frequent travel within the United States, flexible scheduling, and potential security clearance. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred, and a valid passport may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (or an associate degree with two years of extra relevant experience or more than four years of related experience substituted for a degree)
- At least two years of documented experience in a field related to law, social work, detention, corrections, or similar occupational area
- Minimum of one year of experience supervising employees in a similar program environment or completion of the MVM Site Temp Lead Program
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Ability to travel frequently between offices and within the service area; availability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; 24/7/365 accessibility by mobile phone
- Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance; background checks and related pre-employment requirements
- US citizenship or eligibility; valid passport or in process to obtain one
