Job Summary
Lead a team of 4-10 employees in maintaining clean, sanitized, and safe environments through daily heavy cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and disinfecting high-touch areas. Perform monthly inspections, manage labor and supply budgets, and report safety concerns, maintenance issues, and employee challenges to management. Train staff on proper chemical use and safety protocols while ensuring all tasks meet customer and company expectations. Maintain accurate records of cleaning supplies and equipment, and handle customer communications as needed.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3-years of commercial cleaning experience
- Reliable Transportation
- Ability to pass a Background Check and motor vehicle report
- Must be able to work indivually
- This position requires the ability to sit, stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, reach at or below shoulder level, use foot or leg controls, gross manipulation, drive, stoop, crouch, kneel, climb ramps or stairs, climb ladders, utilize near and far visual activity, speak, hear, and lift or carry up to 35 lbs
- This role requires extensive walking indoors and some outdoors
- Some locations may have dust or debris in the air that may cause allergies
- Noise levels are above average in some locations
