Job Summary
Manage an on-site team to support mail and receiving operations by sorting incoming mail according to established procedures and handling shipping and receiving of overnight packages. Capture daily volumes, review monthly billing, and confirm report accuracy while coordinating cross-training to ensure written procedures remain current. Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands within a high-volume production environment and maintain effective written and oral communications with clients and employees. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, prior mail/shipping experience, attention to detail, and the ability to resolve problems. Must lift up to 50 pounds with a high school diploma and US work authorization. Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM at IST Management Services in Denver, CO.
Required Qualifications
- Prior mail and shipping/receiving experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Authorization to work for any employer in the US
- Lifting up to 50 pounds
- Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems
- Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills
