Job Summary

Oversee all aspects of on-site security operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training for assigned personnel. Ensure contract compliance by conducting regular inspections of job performance and maintaining minimal overtime levels. Manage payroll, review incident reports, and prepare security surveys and post orders. Respond to client requests, make emergency notifications, and provide direction to subordinates regarding duty performance. Evaluate situations to identify critical issues, mediate conflicts, and make recommendations for disciplinary actions or commendations. Submit productivity and cost reduction proposals to management. Maintain active Department of Defense clearance and a valid driver's license for company vehicle operation.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have an active Department of Defense Clearance
  • Must have a valid driver's license to operate company vehicles
  • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
  • Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
  • Must possess one or more of the following: Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard; Service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets; Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry; Associate's degree or higher in any discipline
  • Be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed)
  • Must be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
