Job Summary
Site Supervisor for ICE Transport in Phoenix, AZ. Supervises office personnel and transportation staff for a contract in a field office, overseeing administrative, technical, operational, contractual, and financial aspects. Ensures program-wide compliance with contract and company policies, quality control plans, training programs, and regulatory requirements. Provides coaching, mentoring, and corrective action; conducts on-site inspections and spot checks of transportation events; monitors vans and camera surveillance for contract compliance; collaborates with Site Managers to address performance issues; assists in workforce planning and staffing; manages multiple projects and delivers timely reports to Executive Management; ensures proper utilization of staff, including Office Administrators and Logistics/Transportation Specialists; reviews training status and certifications; supports IT system effectiveness and improvements; travel across the service area and flexible scheduling including nights and weekends. Requires a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent substitutions), 2+ years of relevant experience in law/social work/detention/corrections or related fields (with substitutions as noted), and 1 year of supervisory experience. Willingness to travel domestically; ability to obtain/maintain security clearance and passport; bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university (an associate degree with two or more years of extra relevant experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree, or more than four years of related experience may be substituted for a degree)
- Have at least two years or more of documented experience in a field related to law, social work, detention, corrections, or similar occupational area; and (a minimum of four years of experience is required when an associate degree with two or more years of relevant experience is substituted for a bachelor’s degree or 6 years of experience in a related field when four years of experience is substituted for a degree)
- Demonstrate experience applicable to the goals and objectives of this requirement and appropriate for a similar program environment.
- Must be accessible by mobile phone 24/7/365.
- 1 year of experience supervising employees in a similar program environment or has completed the MVM Site Temp Lead Program.
- Valid driver's License, clean driving record.
- The work schedule may fluctuate according to work demands including evenings and weekends, periodic long and irregular working hours.
- Availability to travel regularly within the United States.
- Have investigative and report writing experience.
- Must show proof of US passport or be in the process of obtaining one.
