Job Summary
Manage staff and direct all onsite contract operations at two Colorado locations while maintaining operational and regulatory compliance with local, state, and federal water quality permit requirements. Create and enforce a strong safety culture across all sites, lead O&M personnel development, and serve as the primary client relationship contact to report regularly on compliance and project status. Develop budgets and operations strategies, review monthly project reports, and drive safety, maintenance, and sustainability initiatives. Travel 10% of the time for client meetings and inspections. Must hold an active Colorado Grade B or A Industrial Wastewater Treatment license and reside within one hour of Winter Park, CO.
Required Qualifications
- Colorado Grade B (or Grade A) Industrial Wastewater Treatment license
- Two-Site Portfolio
- High school diploma
- 6+ years of experience at an industrial or municipal water/wastewater facility, including project management and financial accountability
- 3+ years of supervisory experience
- Understanding of industrial operations — fluid flow, process equipment, and control instrumentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SCADA, and client data management systems
- Valid driver's license with no major infractions
- Must reside within 1 hour of Winter Park, CO
- Ability to travel 10% of the time
