Job Summary
Site Supervisor role leading daily depot activities for EOS operations, supervising a dedicated team, and ensuring safety, compliance with Defence regulations and Thales policies, while coordinating site administration, reporting, corrective actions and performance monitoring. Drive operational excellence in storage, distribution, inventory activities, and customer requirements; foster a strong safety culture; support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service. Requires proven leadership in logistics/defence, a Diploma qualification (or higher) in Logistics, Business, or related discipline, strong communication and organisational skills, and experience in Defence, dangerous goods, or highly regulated environments. Australian citizenship and eligibility to obtain/maintain appropriate security clearance are required.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma qualification (or higher) in Logistics, Business, or related discipline
- Proven leadership in logistics, warehousing, or defence operations
- Experience leading teams within logistics, warehousing, or operational environments
- Experience within Defence, dangerous goods, or highly regulated industries highly regarded
Additional Requirements
- Australian citizenship and eligibility to obtain and maintain an appropriate Defence security clearance
