Job Summary
Lead daily depot operations for the Explosive Ordnance Services logistics team, supervise a dedicated workforce, and uphold safety, compliance, and operational excellence. Responsibilities include supervising inventory activities, coordinating administration and reporting, mentoring depot personnel, ensuring compliance with Defence regulations and the Safety Management System, maintaining depot readiness and security, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service delivery. Requires proven leadership in logistics/defence operations, a Diploma or higher in a related discipline, and strong communication and organisational skills; prior Defence, dangerous goods, or regulated-industry experience is highly regarded. A Defence security clearance and Australian citizenship are required.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma qualification (or higher) in Logistics, Business, or related discipline
- Experience leading teams within logistics, warehousing, or operational environments
- Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
- Experience within Defence, dangerous goods, or highly regulated industries highly regarded

- Australian citizenship required
- Defence security clearance required or eligible to obtain and maintain
