Site Supervisor/ Foreman

Lead the roofing project team by managing construction workers and subcontractors, performing routine on-site inspections, and conducting daily safety briefs. Coordinate daily scheduling and dispatch of sub-crews, order necessary equipment, and ensure proper safety protocols are followed. Oversee quality control by verifying water tightness, checking for debris, and managing punch lists to ensure job site completion and cleanup before final walk-throughs with property management. Submit daily job reports, field progress updates, and timesheets as directed. Assist the project manager in planning the day-to-day building process and attending coordination planning meetings to maintain project momentum.
