Job Summary
Oversee on-site security operations by managing staffing, scheduling, and training for assigned personnel. Ensure contract compliance through regular performance inspections, incident report maintenance, and adherence to post orders. Respond to client requests, make emergency notifications, and direct subordinates while evaluating disciplinary actions and productivity recommendations. Maintain minimal overtime levels and facilitate positive personnel decisions. Requires high school diploma, one year supervisory experience, and state licensing test pass. Full-time 6AM–2PM shift with medical, dental, and 401K benefits after 60 days.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
- Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
- Must possess one or more of the following: Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard
- Must possess one or more of the following: Service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets
- Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry
- Associate's degree or higher in any discipline
- Be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed)
- Be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
