Job Summary
Coordinate daily site operations for industrial projects within a regulated pharmaceutical environment, acting as the central contact for electricians, subcontractors, and clients. Lead both internal teams and external partners while interpreting electrical schematics, securing permits, and enforcing strict quality, safety, and performance standards. Manage project schedules, proactively mitigate risks, and collaborate closely with project leaders to ensure execution aligns with compliance requirements. This role offers full-time employment with opportunities for freelance collaboration, supported by a C-Academy for growth within a group of over 50 companies.
Required Qualifications
- Bij voorkeur in het bezit van een technisch diploma
- Minimum 5 jaar werfervaring
- minstens 2 jaar in een leidinggevende functie
- In het bezit van een VCA-attest
- vlotte kennis van het Nederlands
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden
- Flexibel en stressbestendig in een dynamische werkomgeving
Desired Qualifications
- kennis van Engels, Frans of Duits is een pluspunt
- Motivatie, initiatief en de juiste ingesteldheid
