Job Summary
Oversee daily site activities to ensure work aligns with approved drawings, technical specifications, and project timelines. Interpret AutoCAD files to guide on-site implementation and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain schedule adherence. Enforce construction quality, safety standards, and site discipline while monitoring progress and reporting updates to the project management team. Resolve on-site technical issues promptly and optimize the utilization of materials, tools, and manpower. This role supports a well-established client delivering comprehensive construction services across residential, commercial, and industrial projects in Jakarta.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or Project Supervisor in construction projects
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and AutoCAD files
- Good understanding of on-site construction processes and coordination
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple on-site activities simultaneously
