Site Supervisor - Communications

Job Summary
Lead and coordinate onsite installations of operating theatres, supervising contractors and guiding technical teams to ensure quality and compliance. Conduct site visits, quality inspections, and safety inductions, manage stock and returns, review drawings and BOMs, and monitor project risks. Collaborate with Project Managers, engineers, and hospital stakeholders to ensure successful theatre readiness and go-live, including RTS activities and handling product issues. Travel across ANZ (primarily in Australia) to supervise installations, troubleshoot onsite issues, and deliver end-user training when required. Strong emphasis on problem-solving, attention to detail, and effective communication with a broad set of stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in technical installation (electrical, AV, or mechanical)
- Strong reading of technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills to interact with builders, hospital staff, and internal stakeholders
- Ability to travel across ANZ and manage timelines independently
