Job Summary
Site Supervisor for a high-end NYC residential general contractor. Oversees trades (carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, steel, etc.) and manages on-site activities from demolition through final punch list. Directs staff and subcontractors, collaborates with the Project Manager to meet budget, monitors expenditures, identifies variances, and implements corrective actions. Creates and enforces standards and protocols, allocates resources, schedules and coordinates crews, reviews milestones, resolves design issues, and implements change orders. Ensures compliance with codes and maintains a safe, compliant job site. Requires 10 years of NYC site supervision experience and 5 years of NYC luxury residential experience; hands-on leader proficient with MS Project and MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 10 years NYC site supervisor experience
- 5 years NYC luxury residential experience preferred
- Knowledge and experience directing construction personnel and interacting with clients while planning, coordinating and safely executing work per contract documents, schedule and budget
- Proficiency with Microsoft Project and MS Office applications
