Job Summary
Oversee program operations at the Westminster site by conducting weekly clinical chart reviews, providing face-to-face supervision to pre-licensed clinicians and student interns, and managing referrals via daily email logs to county monitors. Ensure clinical documentation, assessments, and care plans are completed in a timely manner while maintaining compliance with Board of Behavioral Science standards and internal audits. Submit invoices, payroll records, and expense reports to the Office Manager and Director, and monitor clinician productivity and case manager activities. Review subpoenas and record requests collaboratively, complete required quality assurance and utilization reports, and deliver monthly staff enrichment and training on crisis intervention and clinical trends.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited school in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field, or Psy.D or PH.D in Psychology from an accredited college or university
- Licensed as LCSW, MFT LPS, LPCC or Licensed Psychologist that is 2 years post – licensure
- Proof of: valid California driver's license and auto insurance
- Proof of education
- Minimum of three years of experience with Outpatient Mental Health and/or Substance Abuse treatment
- Direct clinical and case management experience
- Group leadership experience
- Knowledge regarding Recovery Model philosophy
- Strong clinical, management and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and direct work of others
- Ability to work flexible schedule to meet the needs to the Program
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent computer knowledge, data entry skills and strong organizational skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time while also ensuring the success of direct reports
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with peers, direct reports and clients
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
