Job Summary
Train and lead a team of Cleaning Associates while cleaning your designated site. Identify areas requiring further training and retain top-performing employees. Strategically plan by utilizing resources to delegate duties and manage time through nightly and weekly agendas. Work with the team and upper management to provide effective communication and resolve issues. Provide customers with the highest quality service while developing and leading your team. Full-time Monday through Friday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. across multiple locations in Westlake and Elyria.
Required Qualifications
- Skilled at making quality decisions
- follow through with strategic planning to meet deadlines on tasks
- Ability to give and receive feedback
- effectively apply solutions to resolve issues or manage conflict
- Capability to create a game plan for each evening and week
- using effective time management and scheduling
- Full time Monday thru Friday 11a-7p
