Job Summary
Site Supervisors needed for WA civil land and subdivision projects. Responsible for maintaining a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, coordinating with Project Managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to meet deadlines, creating and implementing project plans (scheduling, resource allocation, quality control), preparing reports on health, safety, environment and quality performance, providing updates and resolving issues, and providing administrative support to WHSEQ. Leads teams by delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and addressing concerns to ensure project progress and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years Supervisor experience
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
- Valid WA Drivers Licence
- Cert IV in Civil Construction (or working towards)
- White Card / Construction Card
- Supervisory qualification (or working towards)
- Incident investigation experience
