Site Supervisor - Civil Construction

Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate site crews, including Leading Hands, Operators, and subcontractors, to deliver daily work plans safely and efficiently. Lead Pre-Starts to ensure workers understand activities, hazards, and control measures while reading construction drawings and specifications. Monitor productivity, budgets, and milestones with Project Engineers, ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality requirements, and environmental obligations. Maintain daily site diaries, coordinate plant and materials to minimize downtime, and promote a proactive safety culture by encouraging hazard reporting. Manage construction of water pipelines, sewer infrastructure, pump stations, and bulk earthworks across the Geelong region.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor
- Demonstrated experience delivering water infrastructure projects including pipelines, sewer, drainage or associated civil works
- Strong earthworks experience including bulk earthworks, trenching and service installation
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to safety, quality and environmental compliance
- Ability to coordinate multiple crews and subcontractors
- Current White Card
- Current Driver's Licence
