Job Summary
Site Supervisor leads daily operations of the BSASC program at the assigned school, supervising site staff and contractors, ensuring program compliance, and creating a safe, engaging environment for students and families. Key duties include staff oversight, enrollment and ratio monitoring, coordination with school administration, safety and incident management, curriculum implementation of Heart Skills, program quality oversight, family engagement, and recruitment/retention efforts, with attention to reporting, training, and grant compliance. Requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; bachelor’s degree preferred; 2+ years in youth programming or education; 1+ year supervising staff; background screening and relevant certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in education, social sciences, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in youth programming, education, or after-school programs
- Minimum of 1 year of experience guiding or supporting staff
- Proficiency with standard office software (email, spreadsheets, and data systems) and ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Must pass Level II background screening and sex offender registry check
