Job Summary
Lead daily operations of the BSASC site, supervise Site Instructors and a Security Monitor, and ensure program compliance with district, funder, and organizational requirements. Responsible for creating a safe, engaging environment, overseeing curriculum implementation (Heart Skills), coordinating with school administration, managing enrollment and staff timekeeping, leading family events, and producing required reports. Requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; proficiency with standard office software and the ability to manage documentation, incident reporting, and grant compliance. Travel to and from the assigned school site may be required; after-school hours with occasional evenings for events.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in education, social sciences, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in youth programming, education, or after-school programs
- Minimum of 1 year of experience guiding or supporting staff
- Must pass Level II background screening and sex offender registry check
