Job Summary
Oversee daily site operations and installation works for HVAC and mechanical services projects in Bunbury, coordinating subcontractors, labour, materials and equipment while maintaining safety, quality, and client satisfaction. Lead daily pre-start and progress meetings, review drawings and specifications for accurate installation, liaise with fabrication teams to maintain installation programs, manage site logistics (deliveries, craneage, resource planning), and ensure works stay on schedule through strong planning and communication. Requires reading and interpreting construction drawings, leading teams, and upholding health and safety standards; essential qualifications include a valid Driver's Licence, Construction White Card, and full Australian working rights.
