Site Supervisor

Oversee administrative functions of the facility, supervise staff and teens, and ensure Individual Service Plans, Permanency Plans, and Treatment Plans are met. Administer and document medication, manage site credit card accounts, and ensure state and county regulations are maintained. Develop and facilitate staff trainings, conduct client intake interviews, and represent clients in court as needed. Facilitate and monitor group activities on and off site while guiding youth in program goals. Maintain professional boundaries, ensure safety within the program, and attend required internal and external meetings. Requires flexible hours including evenings and weekends, Act 33/34 and FBI clearances, and a Bachelor's degree. Located in McKeesport with moderate travel to trainings and community agencies.
