Job Summary
Supervise staff including Biometrics Technicians, Receptionists, and Tiger Team BTs for an assigned Applicant Support Center, overseeing daily operations, safety, security, and production. Manage staff scheduling to maximize capacity, conduct training using Standard Operating Procedures, and prepare timely reports to the PMO covering production, customer service, timesheets, and inventory. Monitor biometrics capture and IDP processes through observation and participation, while ensuring adherence to workplace policies and coordinating with Regional Managers and USCIS personnel. Maintain supply levels, manage documents and records, and perform reception or administrative duties as needed. Requires 2-3 years of relevant experience with at least one year in a supervisory role.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization
- US Citizenship
- 2-3 years of relevant experience such as customer service, administrative support or call center
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
- Minimum of 1 year experience at an Applicant Support Center
- All requirements will have the Site Supervisor standing or walking 70% to 75% of each shift
- Must successfully complete all required training upon being hired
