Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of on-site security operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training for assigned personnel. Ensure contract compliance by regularly inspecting job performance, maintaining minimal overtime, and processing payroll and incident reports. Respond to client requests, make emergency notifications per site Post Orders, and direct subordinates on duty performance. Evaluate situations to mediate conflicts, recommend disciplinary actions or commendations, and propose cost-reduction strategies and physical security surveys. Compile and interpret data to support management decisions while maintaining diligent supervision of uniformed services.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
- Must be able to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
- Must possess one or more of the following: Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard
- Must possess one or more of the following: Service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets
- Minimum of one year verifiable and successful supervisory experience in security-related industry
- Associate's degree or higher in any discipline
- Be at least 18 years of age, or higher if required by the state (21 years, if armed)
- Be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
