Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of on-site security operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training for assigned personnel. Ensure contract compliance by conducting regular inspections, reviewing incident reports, and maintaining minimal overtime levels. Respond to client requests, make emergency notifications per site Post Orders, and provide direction to subordinates regarding duty performance. Evaluate situations to mediate conflicts, make recommendations for disciplinary actions or commendations, and suggest productivity improvements to management. Compile and interpret data to support operational decisions while maintaining required licensing and training standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing
- Ability to pass a state licensing test if driving a company-owned or client-provided vehicle
- Service in the active-duty military, military reserves, or National Guard
- Service in Auxiliary Police or Police Cadets
- Minimum of two years verifiable and successful supervisory experience in the security industry
- At least 21 years of age, or higher if required by the state
- Ability to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
- Demonstrated ability to interact cordially and communicate with the public
