Job Summary
Manage the site safety program, enforce policies, and drive housekeeping standards including 5S. Develop strategic understanding of site and company-wide initiatives to support positive change and effective implementation of new processes. Lead day-to-day execution of team priorities, mentor employees on career planning and skills development, and ensure adherence to work schedules and operating systems. Assist the Site Manager in measuring maintenance performance indicators, managing expenses, and communicating equipment status to the customer. Conduct team meetings and address issues to promote continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
- Strong communication skills – verbal and written
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft applications, web-based applications, and CMMS software
Desired Qualifications
- Foundational business acumen (understanding contracts and the customer's business, negotiation, billing models, financial experience, relationship building)
- Planner/scheduler experience
