Job Summary
Site Supervisor overseeing Security Officers and other personnel at client sites; ensures post orders are followed, rounds completed, and reports filed; provides coaching, training, and disciplinary actions; assists with payroll and staffing coverage; coordinates with management and client representatives to meet security requirements and maintain quality customer service. Requires High School Diploma/GED, 2 years of related security experience, valid driver’s license with clean MVR; CT Guard Card preferred. Availability includes evening/overnight shifts. Knowledge of security operations, supervisory practices, reporting, and ability to adapt to various posts and conditions.
