Job Summary
Manage and oversee all site-related activities for ground-up multifamily modular construction projects, including subcontractor coordination, municipal engagement, and daily on-site meetings. Develop detailed work plans, sequencing strategies, and three-week look-ahead schedules while monitoring project budgets and ensuring compliance with specifications and OSHA standards. Liaise with inspection authorities to obtain approvals and mentor field personnel to maintain high workmanship standards. This full-time, onsite role in Greater Phoenix requires daily engagement with project teams in a fast-paced construction environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, specializing in ground-up commercial and/or multifamily projects
- Proven ability to interpret and execute construction drawings, specifications, and related documents
- Regular, full-time, predictable onsite attendance
- Ability to stand, walk, and navigate construction sites for extended periods
- Capable of lifting and carrying materials or equipment up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working at heights or in confined spaces as needed
- Daily exposure to outdoor weather conditions and active construction environments
- Adherence to all required safety protocols, including wearing PPE such as hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toe boots
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, scheduling software, and CAE/CAD applications (preferred)
- OSHA 30-hour certification, First Aid/CPR, or other relevant construction management certifications (preferred)
