Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day on-site operations for interior institutional (school) renovation projects; coordinate subcontractors, trades, and materials to maintain project timelines; enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with Ontario Building Code and company standards; conduct quality checks and maintain a clean, organized site; collaborate with the Project Manager on scheduling, documentation, and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent on interior or institutional renovation projects
- Proven track record managing school or similar public-sector interiors
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and scheduling skills
- Solid understanding of Ontario Building Code and construction safety requirements
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel within the West GTA region
