Job Summary
Oversee on-site operations for interior institutional (school) renovation projects in Southern Ontario. Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and materials to maintain project timelines while enforcing Ontario Building Code and company safety standards. Conduct quality checks and keep a clean, organized site. Collaborate with the Project Manager on scheduling, documentation, and issue resolution. Requires 5+ years of Site Superintendent experience on interior or institutional renovations, strong leadership and scheduling skills, and the ability to travel within the West GTA region. Valid driver’s licence is required.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent on interior or institutional renovation projects
- Proven track record managing school or similar public-sector interiors
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and scheduling skills
- Solid understanding of Ontario Building Code and construction safety requirements
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel within the West GTA region
