Job Summary
Lead day-to-day site operations on high-rise concrete towers, manage schedules and trade coordination, enforce safety standards and site compliance, coordinate with Project Management, consultants, and inspectors, and drive schedule certainty and quality through project close-out. Requires 10+ years of site superintendent experience on high-rise concrete projects, full lifecycle delivery (excavation through turnover), and a track record on $10M+ projects; strong expertise in concrete formwork, structural sequencing, and envelope; leadership of large crews and multiple subcontractors; preferred Gold Seal or Red Seal certification; Calgary-based role with Canada work authorization.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years experience as Site Superintendent on high-rise concrete projects
- Full project lifecycle experience (excavation through turnover)
- Experience delivering projects $10M+ in value
- Strong background in concrete formwork, structural sequencing, and envelope
- Proven leadership managing large crews and multiple subcontractors
- Gold Seal or Red Seal certification preferred
- Strong understanding of urban high-rise construction logistics
- Legally eligible to work in Canada
