Job Summary
Site Superintendent to oversee on-site construction activities for large-scale ICI commercial projects in Niagara Falls. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors and suppliers while enforcing health and safety requirements, maintaining construction schedules to achieve milestones, working with the Project Manager, consultants, inspectors, and internal teams, monitoring quality to meet drawings and specifications, and building strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders. Requires 5–10+ years of ICI new-build site leadership, experience on large commercial developments, knowledge of construction sequencing (structure, envelope, interiors), strong leadership and communication skills, and valid health & safety certifications (WHMIS, Working at Heights, Supervisor H&S, etc.).
Required Qualifications
- 5–10+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent on ICI new-build projects
- Experience on large commercial developments (retail, industrial, institutional, or similar)
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, including structure, envelope, and interiors
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Valid health & safety certifications (WHMIS, Working at Heights, Supervisor H&S, etc.)
