Job Summary
Lead site execution on commercial construction projects in Vancouver/Lower Mainland. Oversee safety, schedule, and quality; coordinate trades and suppliers; collaborate with the PM team to align site execution with schedule, budget, and client expectations; manage on-site client communications with architects, consultants, and clients; track field documentation using Procore, SiteDocs, and other tools; monitor budgets and provide regular financial updates to leadership. Requires 5–10 years of experience in commercial construction, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with construction-management software, a valid driver’s license, and legal right to work in Canada with in-person site availability.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in commercial construction
- Site Superintendent experience preferred
- Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, scheduling, and quality control
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, SiteDocs, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to sites across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Must already reside in the Greater Vancouver area and be available for in-person site work
