Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day on-site operations for interior institutional (school) renovation projects, coordinating trades and materials to maintain project timelines while enforcing safety protocols and Ontario Building Code compliance. Conduct quality checks, maintain an organized site, and collaborate with the Project Manager on scheduling, documentation, and issue resolution. Requires 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent on interior or institutional renovations, strong leadership and communication skills, and a solid understanding of construction safety requirements. Located in the GTA region with travel within Southern Ontario.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent on interior or institutional renovation projects
- Proven track record managing school or similar public-sector interiors
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and scheduling skills
- Solid understanding of Ontario Building Code and construction safety requirements
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel within the West GTA region
