Job Summary
Oversee daily field operations for large-scale commercial and industrial electrical construction projects, coordinating subcontractors and field personnel while maintaining project schedules. Ensure quality workmanship and enforce safety standards to support successful project execution from start to finish. Manage field crews in accordance with the National Electrical Code (NEC), construction drawings, and company quality standards. Coordinate manpower, manage project documentation, and handle customer relations. Requires a Journeyman Electrician License and experience leading crews on design-build projects. Company-paid travel expenses and vehicle allowance included.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading large commercial and industrial electrical construction projects
- Experience managing field crews on large electrical construction projects
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
- Knowledge of construction drawings
- Knowledge of manpower coordination
- Knowledge of project documentation
- Knowledge of customer relations
- Journeyman Electrician License
- Valid Driver's License
