Job Summary
As a Superintendent at SitelogIQ, you will manage day-to-day operations across active construction sites focused on K-12 education projects, ensuring safety and quality standards, coordinating with contractors, and maintaining project timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of construction-related experience working for a general contractor or specialty contractor
- Knowledge of and past success with Mechanical and Electrical systems
- Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, and specifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Procore
- A valid driver’s license
- PA Department of Education Federal and State Background Clearances
