Job Summary
Lead day-to-day onsite construction activities, ensuring work is performed safely, according to plans, and to Mazzuca quality standards. Coordinate and sequence multiple trades and subcontractors to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Monitor and manage field construction documentation, including drawings, RFIs, and change conditions, to ensure alignment with project requirements. Use tools such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, and Procore to track progress, document work, and communicate clearly with the project team. Serve as the primary field contact for the project team and client representatives, maintaining professional relationships and reinforcing our commitment to client satisfaction. Deliver commercial projects (10,000 sq. ft. and larger) on time, on budget, and to specified quality standards within the first 6–12 months.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of commercial construction experience
- Deep understanding of construction details, including electrical, mechanical, and architectural systems
- Ability to read and interpret complex plans and MEP drawings
- Proven track record managing commercial projects over 10,000 sq. ft.
- Responsibility for schedule, quality, coordination, and field problem-solving
- Comfort using construction technology (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Procore)
- Reputation for being detail-oriented, organized, and accountable
- Willingness to travel

- Experience including SCIFs, secure spaces, secure data labs, and corporate interiors
