Job Summary
Oversee daily construction site activities for commercial projects ranging from $1M to $35M, ensuring delivery is safe, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate trades and suppliers to resolve challenges quickly while collaborating with the project management team to align execution with budget and client expectations. Act as the on-site representative in meetings with architects, consultants, and clients, and utilize Procore and SiteDocs to manage field reports, schedules, change orders, and cost tracking. Identify efficiencies to control costs and provide regular financial updates to leadership. This role requires a self-starter with 5–10 years of experience, a valid driver's license, and immediate availability to start within 1–2 weeks. Based in the Greater Vancouver area, you will report to a collaborative team dedicated to redefining commercial construction.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in commercial construction, ideally as a Site Superintendent
- Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, scheduling, and quality control
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, SiteDocs, Smartsheet, Microsoft Teams)
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel to sites across Vancouver and the Lower Mainland
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
- Must already reside in the Greater Vancouver area
- Available for in-person site work
