Site Superintendent

Oversee all on-site construction activities for data-center interior projects, lead the BIU, coordinate subcontractors and field teams, and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence. Manage day-to-day site execution, monitor manpower and equipment readiness, maintain project schedules, deliver BIU operational briefings to leadership, and enforce MCIS/OSHA safety standards and quality controls. Responsibilities include directing subcontractors, coordinating logistics, preparing field reports, and mentoring foremen and field personnel to align with SOPs and project goals.
