Job Summary
Coordinate the site-specific work schedule, manage field crews and subcontractors to execute construction projects on time and on budget, and maintain compliance with submittal requirements. Track material and equipment needs, read plans and specifications, update as-builts, and complete daily reporting and punch lists per contract. Collaborate daily with the Project Manager to oversee all aspects of daily operations. Requires minimum 10 years of Design Build Construction experience and 5 years as a Site Superintendent, plus OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certifications. Supports Kina'ole's Hawaii office across the Hawaiian Islands.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Design Build Construction with projects of at least $10-100M in value
- A minimum 5 years of experience on construction contracts as a Site Superintendent
- OSHA 30 Certification
- First Aid/CPR Certification
