Job Summary
Site Superintendent responsible for overseeing and coordinating all construction-site activities per project blueprints and schedule plans. Lead a team, coordinate subcontractors, perform quality control and safety checks, and provide on-site direction to support Kaiva Services projects. Create labor, material, and other cost estimates; collaborate with clients, Project Managers, and other construction-management teams to determine budget and timeline; coordinate material and equipment delivery with vendors; schedule workers and subcontractors; evaluate subcontractors and assign work; maintain daily site logs and reports; implement cost-effective management techniques; attend site meetings and serve as front-line representative for inspections and client questions; ensure purchasing authority is restricted to designated personnel; perform other duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- USACE EM385 or equivalent certification
- Active Secret Clearance
- 3–5 years federal construction experience
- Mid-level Site Superintendent experience (5–9 years overall)
- Background check and drug screening
