Job Summary
Manage construction projects by supervising interior finishing sub-trades daily and ensuring workmanship meets design specifications and industry standards. Direct construction trades, resolve site conflicts regarding schedule and coordination, and oversee independent testing and inspections. Supervise subcontractors and workers while assisting in creating site plans, scheduling, and resource forecasting. Document daily job reports and communicate project issues, including design discrepancies and quality deficiencies, to the Project Manager. Adhere to project schedule deliverables and critical path.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Business or related field
- Health & Safety related training applicable to construction sites including Competent Supervisor
- Minimum 5+ years of progressive construction project management experience
