Job Summary
Site Superintendent for interior institutional renovations in Southern Ontario. Responsible for on-site operations of school renovation/fit-out projects, coordinating trades and materials, enforcing Ontario Building Code and safety standards, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with the Project Manager on scheduling and documentation. Requires 5+ years of experience managing interior or institutional renovations (preferably in education/public sector), strong leadership and scheduling abilities, and a valid driver’s license with ability to travel within the West GTA. Competitive salary ($75K–$95K) based on experience, with ongoing opportunities in Southern Ontario.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent on interior or institutional renovation projects
- Proven track record managing school or similar public-sector interiors
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and scheduling skills
- Solid understanding of Ontario Building Code and construction safety requirements
- Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel within the West GTA region
