Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day site operations for interior institutional school renovation projects, coordinating subcontractors, trades, and materials to maintain timelines. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with the Ontario Building Code while conducting quality checks to keep sites clean and organized. Collaborate with the Project Manager on scheduling, documentation, and issue resolution to deliver projects efficiently. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on experience running interior builds within the educational sector.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent on interior or institutional renovation projects
- Proven track record managing school or similar public-sector interiors
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and scheduling skills
- Solid understanding of Ontario Building Code and construction safety requirements
- Valid driver's licence
- Ability to travel within the West GTA region
