Job Summary
Direct and supervise daily construction site operations. Coordinate subcontractors, workforce activities, equipment, and materials. Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of work. Enforce safety procedures and site compliance requirements. Conduct site inspections and address field issues. Coordinate project activities to minimize disruptions and maintain productivity. Strong leadership, coordination, communication, and problem-solving ability.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience with construction work and activities similar to project requirements
- Knowledge of host country codes, standards, and construction practices
- Proficient in written and verbal English
- Ability to work on site from Notice to Proceed (NTP) until project completion and turnover
- Experience in civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, materials, finishes, or related construction work
- Ability to supervise and coordinate project personnel throughout project duration
- Ability to prepare and provide a list of similar past projects, including project year, project type, role, and responsibilities
